Read and agree before purchasing: The terms outlined on this page relate to purchasing e-Vouchers. However, you must also read and agree to our tattoo studio terms & conditions, before buying an e-Voucher.
By purchasing an e-Voucher, you are agreeing to abide by the Terms & Conditions listed on the Terms & Conditions tab of on our website www.ktrewtattoo.com. It is the customer’s responsibility to adhere to these terms.
We reserve the right not to tattoo you (at any point during the booking process or the appointment itself) if you ignore the terms, assume they don’t apply to you, or try to negotiate terms with us. In the event that we refuse to tattoo you, your appointment deposit and any e-Voucher purchases will not be refunded or exchanged for cash. Following refusal of service, you will be liable to pay for any admin or tattoo work costs that exceed the value of the deposit you have placed.

Non-Refundable: All e-Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be refunded, replaced, extended, or returned in cash, credit or voucher form in part or full under any circumstance.

Single transaction: Each individual e-Voucher is valid for a single transaction only. You can use your e-Voucher towards the cost of multiple tattoos, but those tattoos must all belong to the e-Voucher owner, and must all have been completed and paid for on the same day as a single transaction.

Combining e-Vouchers: E-vouchers can be combined together towards the cost of one tattoo during a single transaction.

e-Voucher Named Owner: e-Vouchers are personal to the named buyer or named gift recipient. You can buy it for yourself, or you can buy it as a gift for someone else, but you must enter the named recipient or owner when purchasing. Once you have entered the name of the recipient, they become the owner of the e-Voucher. The owner cannot re-sell, give, or gift the e-Voucher to someone else.

Non-transferable: No cash or credit alternative is available for the whole e-Voucher, or any remaining balance. The whole value of the e-Voucher must be used in one transaction. No remaining balance will be refunded, replaced, extended, or returned in cash, credit or voucher form.
If the balance to pay at the end of your appointment is cheaper than your e-Voucher value, no refund or credit will be issued in cash, credit or voucher form.
If the balance to pay at the end of your appointment is more than your e-Voucher value, you’ll need to pay the remaining balance.

Using and validating your e-Voucher: To use the e-Voucher, you must present all of the following at the time of the appointment:

A printed copy of the e-Voucher or the purchase confirmation email received

The e-Voucher number/code

The full registered name and email address of the owner.

Valid Photo ID as proof that you are the named owner of the e-Voucher (we suggest a driving licence or passport).

Failure to provide all of the above information will render the e-Voucher invalid, and it will not be accepted as payment. You will be liable for any outstanding balance in the event that your e-Voucher cannot be validated and used as payment. If the owner is not able to provide the above information to validate the e-Voucher, the e-Voucher will not be refunded, replaced, extended, or returned in cash, credit or voucher form. We are not liable if this results in the e-Voucher expiring before it can be used.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Expired: KTREW Tattoo is not responsible for replacing lost, stolen, damaged or expired e-Vouchers. The e-Voucher must be presented, fully intact, at the appointment. Any missing parts of the e-Voucher render it invalid, this includes significant damage where staff are unable to legibly read the voucher.

Expiry Date: e-Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. The e-Voucher is valid up to and including the expiry date. Expired e-Vouchers will not be honoured or extended. It is the client's responsibility to book and complete the appointment before the expiry date. Expired e-Vouchers will not be honored, and cannot be refunded, replaced, extended, or returned in cash, credit or voucher form.

Deposit: e-Vouchers cannot be used as a deposit to secure a tattoo appointment. A minimum of £50 deposit is required to book in, payable via bank transfer (depending on the quoted cost of your tattoo the deposit required may be up to £200 for a full day sitting). The eVoucher amount will be deducted from your total balance on the day of appointment after your tattoo is completed.

Valid for Tattoo Services Only: e-Vouchers are redeemable for all tattoo services provided by Kirstie or Ivy at KTREW Tattoo including custom tattoos, flash designs, and any available offers and deals we have available. e-Vouchers cannot be used for merchandise or aftercare products.

Artist Availability: KTREW Tattoo will make accommodations where possible if you contact us within a reasonable time frame to allow an e-Voucher to be used but this is not a guarantee of an appointment.
You must make a tattoo enquiry with us a minimum of one month or more before the expiry date of the e-Voucher. Our artists often have a wait list of up to 1 month. If our artists do not have availability to book you in before your voucher expires, we are not liable for the expiration of the e-Voucher and it will not be refunded, replaced, extended, or returned in cash, credit or voucher form.

Late, cancellations or ‘no shows’: If you are late, cancel (for any reason) or "no-show" for your tattoo appointment, and your e-Voucher is due to expire, KTREW Tattoo will not extend the expiry date of your e-Voucher. It is your responsibility to use the e-Voucher within the specified time frame.

Making sure we’re the right studio for you: It is your responsibility to ensure the style and tattoo you want is covered by our artists. KTREW Tattoo reserves the right to refuse to take on a tattoo for any reason (this includes offensive or culturally appropriated tattoos, but also work that is not within our style, or skillset). In the event that we are not able to do the tattoo you’d like, the e-Voucher will not be refunded, replaced, extended, or returned in cash, credit or voucher form, and the owner cannot re-sell, give, or gift it to someone else. If you are at all unsure, please make a tattoo enquiry with us before purchasing the e-Voucher and we will confirm that the work is something we can take on.

Invalid vouchers: KTREW Tattoo reserves the right to ban anyone attempting to use an e-Voucher they cannot validate, or an e-Voucher that is fake or stolen. We reserve the right to refuse all future appointments and render the e-Voucher, and any other e-Vouchers purchased by you as invalid. In the event that an invalid, fake or stolen e-Voucher is presented, we reserve the right not to return any deposit you have paid. Your e-Voucher and tattoo deposit will not be refunded, replaced, extended, or returned in cash, credit or voucher form.
£50 Christmas Bonus e-Voucher Terms & Conditions:
Please note that ALL of the above e-Voucher Terms & Conditions also apply to the £50 Christmas Bonus e-Voucher in addition to the following and with the noted exceptions**:

**Full price tattoos only**: Unlike our regular e-Vouchers, the £50 Christmas Bonus e-voucher is ONLY redeemable against full price tattoos. This includes custom tattoos, and full price flash designs by Kirstie or Ivy at KTREW Tattoo. The Christmas Bonus e-voucher is not redeemable for tattoo designs where deals and discounts are already in place (for example one-off flash deals or 3 for £100 offers). The £50 Christmas Bonus e-Voucher cannot be used for merchandise or aftercare products.

1 per tattoo: Only 1 Christmas Bonus redeemable per tattoo.

Expiry Date: £50 Christmas Bonus e-Vouchers will have the same expiration date as the original £100 e-Voucher purchase it came with.
