Returning an unwanted item?
As long as the item is in its original condition, we accept returns with postage and packaging paid for by you, subject to the rules below.
All returns must be made within 28 days of purchase. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return and ask for proof of postage.
We aim to refund you within 10 days of receiving the item. Allow another 3-5 business days for the refund to reach your bank account.
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them. This includes the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. Once you have returned your item, we will process your refund. You can then decide to purchase the item again if you need a different size, colour, etc.
Your returned items are your responsibility until they are received by us. Please make sure that they are packaged up properly to avoid getting damaged in transit.
Again, please ensure you obtain a proof of postage and we highly advise to use a trackable method to return your items.
